Terms and Conditions of Use – MyAA Mobile Application

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyAA mobile application (the “App”). The App is provided and operated by an independent third-party technology vendor (the “App Provider”).

AA Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd. (“AA Thailand”) and AA World Limited (“AA World”) (collectively, “we”, “us”, or “our”) do not own or operate the App and are not responsible for its technical delivery or third-party content.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Purpose of the App

The App is designed to enhance user access to information about insurance policies arranged through AA Thailand or AA World, including policy documents, renewal reminders, contact features, and customer support.

The App may also include third-party content such as articles, offers, advertisements, and promotions that are not controlled, endorsed, or curated by AA Thailand or AA World.

3. Third-Party Platform and Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

The App is provided by a third-party App Provider, not by AA Thailand or AA World.
Any technical support, performance, or functionality issues are the responsibility of the App Provider.
AA Thailand and AA World do not endorse or accept responsibility for any third-party advertisements, articles, offers, or products that may appear in the App.
Your use of the App is at your own risk and subject to the App Provider’s policies.

4. Eligibility and Access

You may use the App if you:

Are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction),
Have an active policy or client profile with AA Thailand or AA World, and
Are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

5. Account and Security

Some functions of the App may require you to log in. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details,
Ensuring that your device is secure, and
Informing us or the App Provider immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

6. Use of the App

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes,
Interfere with the operation of the App or other users’ experience,
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App, or
Upload harmful or unauthorised material.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

AA Thailand and AA World may process your personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies when handling your insurance-related information.

However, you acknowledge and agree that:

The App itself may process additional data (e.g. device data, usage analytics, interactions with third-party content),
Such processing is conducted by the App Provider, and
AA Thailand and AA World do not control or assume responsibility for how the App Provider handles data outside of the insurance service relationship.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

The App may display or link to third-party content including:

Articles, news, or editorial pieces,
Product promotions or shopping offers,
Insurance-related or unrelated advertisements.

AA Thailand and AA World do not review, endorse, or accept responsibility for this content. Users should exercise caution before interacting with such content. Any dealings you have with third parties via the App are strictly between you and the relevant third party.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to:

The App technology, design, and user interface belong to the App Provider or their licensors.
AA Thailand and AA World retain ownership only of insurance-related content or trademarks that directly relate to their services, if present within the App.

10. Availability and Functionality

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. Neither the App Provider, nor AA Thailand or AA World, guarantees:

Uninterrupted access,
That the App will be error-free or compatible with all devices, or
That it will meet all user expectations at all times.

11. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

AA Thailand and AA World accept no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from use of the App,
AA Thailand and AA World are not responsible for any third-party services, content, or products accessed through the App, and
Any disputes or claims related to app usage, malfunction, or third-party content must be directed to the App Provider.

12. Amendments

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We or the App Provider may suspend or revoke your access to the App if you breach these Terms or if required by law or regulation.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes relating to the use of the App or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK.
